The room, with private bathroom inside, is independent and has access through a glass door from the hallway inside the building,
The decor of the room is simple and comfortable, composed of a large bed (queen size) that can comfortably accommodate two people, a wardrobe and various drawers to store your luggage.
The room is furnished with air conditioning (hot / cold), a color TV and access to the Wi / Fi internet.

Getting Around
You can reach the apartment from Fiumicino airport take the train FL1 and get off Trasteve Station (7 stops and 21 minutes) and from there take the tram number 8 and get off at Piazza Belli after 6 stops (10 minutes)
From Termini Station take the bus H and get off at Sonnino Stop, from them there are about 6-minute walk,
From Ciampino airport you can take the bus to Termini station and from there another bus H.

Take the train towards Rome Termini STN. Tickets are available online at Trenitalia.
Get off at Trastevere and get the Tram N8 towards LARGO ARGENTINA
Get off at PIAZZA BELLI and walk to the apartment

From Ciampino you can get Shuttle Buses to Termini.

– Private parties are not permitted. If a neighbour complains of excessive noise during your stay, we are entitled to make you leave the premise even before the end of your stay.
– Please lower the volume of any stereo player or similar after 23.00.
– Kindly throw the garbage before leaving the apartment.
– Please do not use more than 2 electrical appliances at the same time (the electrical system could not bear it)
– Turn off the heating, lights and air conditioning before leaving.
– Do not leave any dishes and cutlery dirty.
– Inform us as soon as possible of any damage.
– Undeclared persons are not permitted to stay during the day / overnight.

Mirko is very nice host, and the apartment is very good located. This area is the best in Rome. The apartment is a little bit small, but if you want to enjoy the city, it's perfect. The wi-fi was not working when we were there. Aprile 2016

Mirko was a perfect host. Although I did notmeet him hin person, he did the very best via mobile to make me feel at home. Even when I got a little lost on my way to my flat, that was no problem and Mirko's sister was as kind as to keep waiting for me. The location is of the apartment is just perfect for exploring the city. It was my first trip to Rome and did all the sights from Caracalla baths to Villa Borgia by foot - but for those who want to take public transport the stop isquite close by. Furthermore Trastevere is a very lovely neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Thanks once more to Mirko for giving me the opportunity for a wonderful trip.
